Returns & Exchanges

If you are unhappy with your product for any reason Barbie INC. allow a time period of 2 week/14 days in which you can return your product to us through the Australian Postal Service and we will reimburse your postage costs. Any purchases over $100 are an exception and an email must be sent to us within a period of 50 days with a plausible explaination if you wish to return your product.

*If you recieve your product with any damages or misssing parts, we will immediately exchange it for a new one, assuming that the damages are our fault and not yours.

International Shipping

Barbie INC. ships their wonderful products to over 93 countries all over the world!

Generally international shipping costs are $9.99 per dreamhouse and $0.00 for any Barbie Dolls or acessories.

At Barbie INC. we pride ourself on having a swift and impromptu delivery time, which is why we guarantee that you will recieve your product in no more than one week.

If there is any issues with your product regarding international shipping such as damages to the product or packaging or if your product hasn't arrived within the time allocations please contact our head office through either email or phone and we will address your concerns as soon as possible.
